Private or semi-private sessions are available on request on various days/times.
Classes are strictly limited to a maximum of 12 in a class to ensure individual correction can be given and are moving in the correct alignment with good movement patterns. This is essential for you to gain the full benefit.
Classes are booked in blocks of 6 at a regular day and time and cost £60 for the block.
There are no drop in classes to maintain continuity within the class. However, if you can’t attend a class I offer that you can swap into another class where there is space within a month.

All mats and small equipment are provided.
Free onsite parking is provided.
Please just wear comfortable clothing (not too baggy so that your posture can be assessed) and either socks or bare feet.
