Welcome! My name is Lynn Perry and I am a very experienced, medically recommended and fully qualified Body Control Pilates instructor offering classes in Stowmarket Community Centre.
Whether you are 16 or 80, if you want to get fit, improve your back health or maintain strength, flexibility and prevent injury for other sporting disciplines, whether this is your first time giving Pilates a try or you already practice pilates and want to fine tune your alignment and have some additional support to get the best from it, I can help you and would be delighted to hear from you.

Classes and Prices
Classes are a maximum of 12 people to allow individual attention to be given ensuring correct alignment with good movement patterns...
Classes are held in Stowmarket Community Centre and are all taught by me to ensure continuity and knowledge of each of my client’s needs and physical capabilities helping you get the most that you can from each session.
I offer regular group matwork classes each week in both afternoons and evenings and make use of small equipment to enhance movement and add variety to exercises.
Private sessions are also available should you wish and I would be happy to discuss this with you.
